Green Smoothie

Mmm, you can just feel your body getting healthier with this great Green Smoothie. It’s fast, easy to make and we have a cute video to guide you through the steps just here.  You can have this in the morning, in place of a snack or in the evening. It can get you into a great healthy habit, particularly if you use it as a substitute for something unhealthy.

Here are the ingredients and the short instructions.

Lean Green Smoothie

Serves two.

Green smoothies provide you with a ton of vitamins and minerals from green veggies and fruits. This recipe will be a delicious start to your day and takes just a couple of minutes to prepare.
Green Smoothie ingredients

• 1 cup fresh spinach

• 1 cup fresh watercress

• 500ml unsweetened apricot nectar

• 1 banana


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1–2 minutes until very smooth. Drink immediately.
  2. Err. that’s it.
