Are you looking for an exercise class that is fun, social and gets you fit? We know what it’s like you start off doing one and after a while it seems a bit same.  Variety may be the spice of life so why not find a Kelta Fit class in your area.

Kelta Fit classes use the original music in the DVD and the trained instructors are tasked with making each class fun, social and involving. We leave it up them to decide exactly how they are going to do this.  Our main point at Kelta Fit is that an exercise class should be fun. We don’t go down the shouty-push-you-to-you-drop type classes. Rather we prefer to get some easy steps, some uplifting music and have a laugh whilst working out. Your laughter muscles as as important to us as you other ones.

If you’re wearing a step counter you should cover around 6-7,000 steps in a class so you are well on your way to recommended daily total of 10,000. What’s more you can meet some great new people in your class. We value the social element of exercise and think that it is a much overlooked aspect of an exercise class.

We’re always open to feedback about your exercise class, the instructors, the venues and we welcome your ideas for improvement. There is no monopoly on wisdom.
