Join us for 2 x 50-minute Kelta Fit dance classes and step into spring. The class is 50 minute long which is something people have asked for. All you need is a bit of space and some comfy clothes to dance in.  Cat will lead you through the steps. With the uplifting music you’ll barely notice that you’re exercising. The classes are at 18:00 (UK time) so if you are joining from abroad then please note any time conversion. The course starts on March 24th for 2 weeks. The class takes place over Zoom. It’s very straightforward to join. Once you have paid we will send you a form to fill in. This is the snappily titled Physical Readiness Activity Questionnaire. When we have reviewed it we will send you the link to the first class. It will be the same link throughout the 2 week block. We’re dedicated to continuous improvement. So we will send you a short questionnaire to get your views.
