HI, I’M CAT!

KELTA FIT HEAD TRAINER + PT COACH

I’m Kelta Fit’s head trainer, PT coach and development co-ordinator – so you’ll be seeing a lot of me here at Kelta Fit! We believe that exercise, health and wellbeing is for everyone and should be inclusive with you at the heart ❤️

We take a holistic approach to health, fitness and wellbeing, meaning we focus on your entire body and mind and work with you in all aspects as an individual – from the physical, the mental and emotional to nutritional and lifestyle.

Online personal training is a great way to invest in yourself. You receive  clear instruction, a variety of ways to motivated yourself and accountability. We do it all with a smile too! You also get to experience some of the courses we run as well, so you’ll always have something to engage with.

“Why should I do it?”

A structured programme will help you develop at just the right pace. You will notice the progression which is motivating, you’ll feel stronger and fitter!

You can do it when it fits in with your schedule, chat with your coach and trade in bad habits for good
ones. You will get nutritional tips too, and there are video recording of all the exercises! What’s more is you get discounts for our other Kelta Fit products!

“I’m not sure I can afford it”
