“How many classes are there?”
There are four classes on per week.
“Are all the classes live?”
No, they’re a mix of live and recorded classes. There are times when the coach is away. All classes are scheduled for a certain time/date and will run at those times.
“What if I miss a class?”
Not to worry! All our live classes are recorded and available for you to watch in your own time from your account for up to a month after the recording.
“I’m not sure, can I try it out?”
Absolutely! That’s why we like to give you the first 7 days FREE so that you can get a taste of all the classes to offer. Your payment won’t kick in until after it!
“What’s the reason for the variety?”
We’re all at different stages in our fitness journey. These classes offer all the necessary steps to build all- round fitness, and each one feeds into another!
For example, increased flexibility from Yoga will help you in Kelta Fit, which will allow you to do more in Cardio, which will in turn help your level of effort in Strength and conditioning (phew!). The variety will also help keep you motivated and never get bored!
“What if I decide it’s not for me?”
We understand, and that’s not a problem! Just let us know within the first 7 days and you won’t be charged!
“What do you believe in?”
Make a 1% improvement every day and treat others as you would like to be treated yourself!
